You simply can't go wrong with this or any of the word books in the HPI line. It lists psychiatric words and phrases...making it helpful when a doc says something that you can't quite catch. Just grab the book and look for what you think is being said and odds are you'll find it! ) I like having a book to look through rather than having to search online.
Great book...used it for years and now it is updated. Yes, it does not have definitions...that was not its purpose. It is for people working in the field such as those working with reports so they know what the word is and how to spell it for application....very comprehensive. Especially helpful with drug names. Great job! Great help for on the job!
